Customer Service

PostBy: ewcsretired On: Wed Jul 18, 2007 7:44 pm

I cannot say enough about the great customer service I have had with the folks at Leisure Line.
I purchased my Hyfire II four years ago from Terrys Stoves in Jersey Shore, Pa. It was a used stove, actually a demo that he had in the store. The following season one of the feed motors went out, Terry replaced it, no questions asked, even though the stove was used.
Recently I purchased the jacket for the stove. Jerry walked me through the installation process, I am not to mechanically adept, he was most patient with my dumb questions. I might add that he shipped the jacket
and told me to send the payment after I got it.
I called the store yesterday and spoke to Karen, I ordered some items from her. She called Jerry at the factory and I had the parts in hand this afternoon.
Thanks guys, I am glad I have a Leisure Line stove.

1st Post... Conn. natives tired of wood for heat.
We've begun researching Coal as an alternate heating source for about 2wks now.
A trip out to Cranston RI may have just sold me on a LL Pioneer Top vent.
I must say that Harmons were outstanding in looks and weight, the LL were very nice looking as well and the Stoker atribute really has us....well...uhmm, Stoked.
I've yet to meet with a Keystoker dealer, but soon.
I must say that your local dealer ( Cranston Coal) Manny was a huge help to a novice without any working knowledge of coal burners. Even if I don't buy from CC you should be happy to know that Mr. Santo is a great ambassador for Coal heating and your product Line.

P.S. Since I've begun my quest for Coal, 2 others have joined in.
