I got a little carried away on a bottle of the red oil. If anyone needs some to top off their unit, let me know and I will send you some no charge.

Ya, it doesn't take much. How big a bottle did you get?

I have seen the manometers being sold on ebay minus the fluid. Would be a good deal if someone bought one of them and needed it.

Raised my boiler temp by 15 degrees just by adjusting the damper after added the oil and getting the manometer working properly. I am running the damper at .02-.03 versus the book number of .04. As the boiler is in the garage it is not as big a concern. It will still draw a match flame into the peep hole in the door of the boiler.

The manometer will pay for itself in short order by using less coal to maintain your temps.
