What happen to Hooters? It's not like the Wives are going to go Lorena Bobbit on us. I've actually have a "10 person party package" for any hooters. I'd be willing to share.

I'm not sure about that. It sounded like Uglysquirrel's wife was planning to toss his poker into the yard, and I don't think he has a hand-fired stove.

re: Hooterage action, we did have a couple early on PM requests for another location.

Goal here is to keep a universal peace among the breatheren as #1. Hope everyone understands.

I did do hand fed for a year but the every 12 hrs cycle with work pretty much killed me. Now rice in 1/day, ash out every 2, happy happy. Inmy case, wife shrugged shoulders at Hooters, she said ok but I need to wear a clothpin on my nose.

You guys have to excuse me here, I justed started the stoka after a cleaning and looking at a full trough of burning coa, itl bugged my eyes out. Ya know the feeling ? Wonderful, isn't it? Not as bad as a welder thought by any means ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Here is our weekly update :

Easyray (from Bristol area)
Jimd and maybe his boiler- Jimd,I will PM you.
Coaledsweat (note he is our CT Modearater (bow in his presence)
Spiker (from RI, may start carpool, pick up Cokehead if he can make it)
North Candlewood , from the "west", may be two in his car
Uglysquirrel
****new this week***
Townsend
Blackrock (CT Shore...Fairfield?)
2DeXtreMe
Pacowy...checked in, did not confim yet but that is ok)

Hamden Bob from Ohio wanted to go but may be geographically challenged . The LL folks also noted some potential of attending though one of the LL owners, Flyer5, has family commitments the 15th. It was really nice to hear from them.

This week my trip to the Tap is mandatory, I'll also meet the Manager to see if she/he will agree to deal with you guys (and me).

So stay tuned. We need a few guys with a camera , the MA guys regretted not having one as they wanted to post the post-motem on the forum. :D

If anyone has any *special* requests or ideas, please PM me.

Thanks

Ugly

I can take a couple digital cameras with me. That way we will have at least two different views on our get together. :)

Yep, Earth, the particulars are being worked.and the Wood n Tap looks like the place.

Krista at the 'Tap said she'll make sure we have a "special" room.

Stay tuned for final details....reminder Sat 15th noon....say ..NO SNOW.....

Jimd, I talked to Mr. PRECISION (nice mass folk up there), he said you may need a 110V outlet for your boiler demonstration. If we do not get voltage from the 'Tap, do you have a small generator ? or do we need to bring one, I have a 150# 4000w generac if you need one. The parking lot for the 'Tap is a little small but right next door, just right over the curb is the Wally World parking lot.

Mr. Precision said Jimd's boiler is really something not to be missed. Like us he pretty much knew nothing about it but after the demo he was amazed at the great design and heat it put out. Kind of sounded like it could keep a very large old mansion warm.
