I checked it out its a funny story sort of! The guy owns a building in downtown Waterloo. It had coal fired boilers converted to a modern fuel. Anyways he wants it hauled out and started the bid at a penny! I would go over (5hrs) and get it except I don't have a trailer big enough nor time.
If it was me I would get some sort of hay or grain elevator and put it down into the basement and shovel it on there, up into the trailer it would go. It is decent soft coal. I figured that the steam Engine guys would want it as a lot of the clubs buy it and the Steamers always load up before they leave the club grounds.
The pile is 14 feet by 14 feet by 6 feet deep size is 1 to 4 inch range.
At 40 cubic feet to the ton it is probably 28 or 29 ton.
His tonnage figure comes from some website saying 1.2 tons to the cubic yard.
