Yes yes, poor excuse for customer service.... well let's see if you find anything tonight, I have set aside a few moments later to at least get the pics and AA reference info plus the overview of the specs.

My sincere apologies and thanks for your continued indulgence. :surrender:

When you are up to your eyeballs in ALLIGATORS, it's hard to remember the main objective WAS to drain the damned swamp. It's not like Matt was at Hooters all afternoon studying cup sizes for the boiler tubes!
You guys have waaaaaaaaaay too much free time on your hands.
Relax, sit down, enjoy your favorite beverage and good things will await you.
That is the polite version.....the other is short and sweet......not going there!!!! :!:  8-)

OK first attempt completed, now I need to refine the info and get the manual finished and on the site, progress at least! :)
Damn gators have been right there, although not complaining, is good to be busy! :P

It's good to see a company with the youth and vigor to innovate and improve their products. Stagnation is the mother of all business failures.

I am glad to see that Furnaces were not ignored. I've heard so much talk about the new "boilers" that I began to think that Leisure Line was going down a different development path than the one I was hoping it would. Boilers may be the most efficient method of heating with coal, but that market has neared saturation whereas the Furnace market is much larger and could use some new ideas and products.

As I've said before, updating a website may be boring and tedious, but overlook the importance of a clean and user-friendly website and even the best new products won't help nor can they sell themselves. Certainly don't count on the dealer websites because most of them are awful and simply provide a link to Leisure Line.

Here are a few small suggestions:

1). Spell check. (sorry Matt)!
2). Provide MSRP's for all products.
3). On the boiler and furnace page, move the Econo I paragraph to a different page.

Yes check it again, incremental improvements in place, as always thanks for your kind words of encouragement! :)
As of yet we have not placed any MSRP data on our website, we need to think carefully about that one before acting, I can say that the MSRP data will be available for those that ask their dealer.

I had a look at the pics on the websight, it states there is a gas burner available. Will it be a tri fuel or does the option replace oil ?
