The guy did stop. He got out and ran over to the little boy, dropped to his knees and cried like a baby. I'll never forget it. Don't know if they lived.
As far as taxes go, yea..... I have real problem with that!
But...... I do all my shopping in TAX FREE Salem New Hampshire
A camera would not have stopped it though ... maybe taken a picture, how nice
