trouble with superior

hey guys....been a long time since i've been here, the shop and the car clubs keep me too busy, and the stoves have been working well for the most part.
anyway a few weeks ago i got a bad batch of rice from superior, this crap was more like barley, the alaska burned it fine, but the efm went out cause it caked and formed a hollow tube around the auger. since november when i got the first ton i've noticed high ash content and the ash fusing together......what happened? i complained in the office, was told to tell them in the breaker, they told me to chase down the loader driver way out in the muck, got half a ton and left, dont think i want to go back, so much for a loyal customer.
wheres the good stuff? anywhere closer than uae? and 160 a ton or less? yea hegins coal is next door but that was always a crapshoot too lol
my roomate gets heating assistance for his sealed off part of the building and the only place local participating this winter is reading over in duncott, their nut is decent it's tons better than superior nut anybody know how the rice from the duncott breaker is?

i dunno if my little truck (86 toyota 2wd) can haul a ton up 901 coming back from uae lol

Give Sherman Coal a try there coal is a white ash and fairly low ash content, sizing is perfect, and makes decent heat.
