When I got a truckload from them in 2008 it was the same way. They were flooded with orders and took a few days to return my call...but they did and I got my truckload of nut coal a few weeks later. It burned excellent.

Wait to call them late spring or summer when no one is burning coal. I'll bet they call you back fast.

I e-mailed them 2 years ago for a price quote on a tractor trailer load of bagged rice. They e-mailed me back the next day and gave me a quote of $225 per ton for the coal and $100 per ton for the freight. $325 per ton! I get it here for $265. :?

I'm shopping for 2012 and beyond.I can get it to me for $65.00
a pallet in a full load. Now I'm shopping for the best price per
Ton on the Coal. They aren't very low right now,but you never
get a good deal at peek time.
