Both of those not legal for sale in MA.

Kel-Tec : Has over 10 round capacity - banned!
Taurus Judge: Taurus didn't give in to MA's demand of them to submit guns for testing, so that they can be destroyed instead of sent back - banned!

God I hate this state!! I was looking for a pocket gun -- like the Bodyguard .380 -- at a recent gun show. Tried to buy it. NOPE! Not legal for sale because I live in liberal MA. :mad3:

Can you even CC in MA? I'm getting ready to find out if I can in RI.

CC is pretty much the only way you can carry in MA. There's no specific law against open carry on the books, but when some left-wing moonbat's kids see your Smith & Wesson 500 hanging off your hip and freak out to mom, your going to be met in the parking lot by the SWAT team. In this liberal bastion, it's better to keep it sight unseen. Too many people in this state know nothing about firearms, & have been indoctrinated with fear & misinformation by the media.

In RI, you have to give the local police chief or the attorney general a "reason" why you want to carry. If they don't think it's good enough, you don't get the permit. And the 2A isn't good enough.

I'm actually surprised MA doesn't do that. I guess I shouldn't complain! But they do a million other things to make up for that.

I agree - that is total horseshit. How can a state mandate that your constitutional right be judged by ANYONE??? Sad state of affairs we're in these days ....

We have changed that here in Michigan. OC is becoming more popular. And the cops don't mess with you.

I think every state should be that way. I also think law-abiding citizens should have access to the same weapons our military uses.... but that's a whole other topic that's going to take this one way off.

The reference to militia in the second amendment seems to me to indicate a military weapon is what is meant.

I picked up a few more this summer. A Ruger P95 9mm, Smith & Wesson 22a target pistol and my favorite. A Stag arms model 2 5.56. And they are all made in the USA.

I can't carry one here, but I started craving a Walther PPK a few months back. Always been a James Bond fan. :)
