GTS coal price was accurate from when I purchased. Because of neighbors complaining, they really don't want any 'on-site' sales unless you're in a real jam. But they deliver pretty promptly.

Also, compared to last year, the quality of the coal has improved. And they fixed the oiling issue they had when they got started.

I have also found good product at Dennis Coal in Fabius. They cost more but they do have a regular retail set-up, regular hours, and scales.

I did buy a ton from GTS, but I can't remember where his coal is coming from, it wasn't a
familar name. I am finding it seems to have less ash, but more odor when i'm loading the stove,
according to the people in the house upstairs. It might be due to the oil used to control dust.
otherwise it seems to be burning fine, but i'm being asked to pay the difference for blashack
which seemed to have less smell when the stove door was opened for loading.
