Yes this is the place to start. Here in Fairfax County VA our school superintendent never saw an experimental program he didn't like. There is no way every kid in the classroom needs a take home computer and no way to keep track of them if they did. Nor do the majority of teachers need a computer in the classroom. Around here they are apparently used for emailing attendance to the main office and doing Power point presentations. It's obvious from the successful level of education this country had in the 40s and 50s that there are other less expensive ways to handle the classroom. In my opinion we need to return to those roots sooner rather then later.
