SNOW!

yea it was nice here too, then it got real windy.......sunday we had to go up and secure the temporary roofing on my roomates side.......started snowing early this morning, now everything is white again

Ended up stopping here, right after my first post. 3" of fluff - didn't really need to plow. Could've used a leaf blower.

Got 5 inches here. Beautiful sunny morning with the temps just below freezing. Warm up to the low 40s expected. Going out to plow the driveway. Sure would be nice if this is the last snow of the season.

We ended up with less then an inch of snow on top of a squishy icy mess. The schools were delayed 2 hours but by then the sun was up and so were the temps. Everything was gone by noon. It's supposed to be 18* overnight so if anything was left it'll will freeze again. I'd like to say this was the swan song of winter here but I don't think so. We still have all of March to go. I won't put my winter duds away just yet. Take care, Lisa

Got everything plowed out real pretty. My delivery guy is bringing my 3 tons of nut for next year in the morning--price has been steady all season so I figured I'd get it while the gettin is good--I've got 3 one ton bins--one by the Harley shed--one on the back porch & one on the front porch---the colder it gets--the less I have to travel for it

Harley Shed? You have a Harley? What model? I've been looking at Harleys for some time now. I can't bring myself to justify the price. Also been looking at triumph. I think I can get along with "America", or the "T-100" with more comfortable seat. Oliver

I bought this last one in boxes,you don't find them anymore, it was titled--1978 1/2 FXWG--I think it was just an FX, but I put the wide glide front end on her--80 cc 30 over to around 92 CC--Andrews cam--solid lifters--she's my baby--I couldn't see buying one today--since HD went Wall Street, the prices are ridiculous She cost me $1300.00 & I did the work myself--alot of hours--I haven't looked at Trumpets since the Bonneville TT's

ARGH!!! WINTER STORM WARNING again! They are saying 6-11" today. Started snowing about 3am, looks like about 2-3" so far!!! Suppose to get worse as the day goes on......

Yep--34* about 5-6" so far. Ain't it GRANDE'--I think that's French They're talking a foot or more here also--no wonder that other Groundhog didn't show up

Had around 8" this AM & they are saying 6 to 10 more by 4PM. Heck Fred, good looking bike but I would have thought you would have an old Indian. Thats the downside of being married to an old ER nurse, she has treated so many bikers she won`t let me have one. Could have had my friends WW2 bike & sidecar, even had a machine gun mount, some women just don`t understand.

No rain or snow here. We are under a wind adversary for sustained winds of 60 mph or more. I'd better look outside and make sure everything is weighed down. Take care, Lisa

Started snowing here at 10AM.... looking to get 10" or so of heavy wet stuff. Ugh.

Update--29* 10 " & still coming down serious--wind has it going sideways--I plowed the drive earlier & you can't even tell!! Not even going to bother with down to the barn--I got snow shoes(old bear paws, not them sissy little yuppy shoes)--envious-- Snow's real wet--real heavy--NYSEG'l earn thier pay today for a change

Lunchtime update, 5-8" so far this morning and still coming down!

Should be a fun drive home!!
