An oil spill you get EPA fines, a coal spill you get a shovel.

You can keep this coal though....it's bituminous!

I too would say more than likely bituminous. It's kind of a dull in color. More so, that much coal, all on rail, it's most likely headed for a power plant. Power plants go through a tremendous amount of bituminous every day. Seems like I've been told 20 - 30 car loads per day. Mind boggling, isn't it? If anthracite, most likely it'd be hauled by truck.

There are power plants that can burn two or three whole rail cars of coal in one hour!!!!
