I just bought a new diagnostic thermal imager.

Had to play around with it.......

It sure makes the AA look like a heating beast !!!!!

Sorry it took so long but here is the video i said i would post.
This is my 2nd wife. There are sensors all over her and as soon as it does something out of the ordinary, it trips a switch on a special phone, that will actually call me, and tell me which sensor number is acting irregular. Then i have an idea of what it is before i come in to fix it. Pretty neat i guess. Sometimes i think she gets lonely and misses me and calls me for some company.

I found some pictures today. We built our house in the fall of '78. I got the boiler in the basement before the walls were built. The base is resting against the side.

I was looking on the internet the other week to try and figure out how old my boiler is.
I think I remember reading that Burnham moved to Lancaster PA in 1940. I guess now my boiler is pre 1940. Dennis
