When your family is in the coal buisness, its a smart thing to use coal !

How you doing Matt?

Hucklebucks is still open, Rumor's in the tredway is gone. After 20 years of the bar biz I'm a little burned out. The Brass tap is only open Fridays for cheesesteak night. I rent it out other nights for private parties. If stokerscot is serious about a road trip I'll reserve a day at The Tap for a private cheesesteak party for the guys on the forum. Let's start talkin' roadtrip! Wait till you see the boiler I picked up at a yard sale this weekend. Post pictures tonight.

Picked up this boiler at a yard sale this weekend. The guy was asking $150, I got it for $100. It has a 24'' "fire-jet "grate and puts out 1,660,000 BTU/H.R.. Thinking of installing it in my garage. My wife been asking if somehow can we heat it. The garage is 14' by 22'. I'm just concerned it might be under sized with the garage door always opening. Should I look for something bigger? :?:

1,660,000 BTU/H.R.. Undersized??????? Think you could get away with never closing the doors!!

I'd sure hate to feed that thing. Full output for one day would require just under 2 tons of coal.
