MSN Email Broken

Any tips on how to restore my msn.com email? When I try to forward a message or compose a message, it tells me it recovered the tab. It says there was a problem with the web page. I can't compose or forward email now. Virus?

I noticed that too lately, can't get my Hotmail account.....and it won't let me reset my password, I don't use it much, it's an old account anyways.

Well it's only on the other pc. I let Microsoft run some scan that took basicly overnight. Must be some worm or something. Sux

After running malwarebytes, avg, avast, trying to get info from a pc forum where the only responder is a little condescending, I can't even log on to msn now on this pc. I think I better save what info I need and write zeros to the hard drive and reinstall XP. annoying.

I think they got the email password reset fixed, now it asks for a bunch of info to verify your account and you have it sent to another account for verification. We will see if it works.

I just finished erasing the hard drive, saved info I needed but forgot to save my favorites. Took hours to re-install XP. Nobody could help me, must have been a virus??
