“Bachelor party” and “Dutch oven” should not be spoken on the same day let alone in the same post. Are you sure you didn’t make a wrong turn and end up at a church picnic? Bachelor parties are about alcohol, naked girls, fuzzy memories and missing time.

Not to spoil the trip down memory lane about bachelor parties from the past but has anyone checked out Lehmans.com for their non-electrical, basic household supplies. This company is located in Ohio and was started to supply non electrical products to the Amish. They have a great selection of hand powered tools and kitchen accessories; including a variety of Dutch Ovens. It's where I got my oil lamps that I have hanging around the house for when the power goes out. The lamps I got hang well above the "dogs and toddlers running by" level. When we had to use them this winter they performed just as advertised. The prices are good and the quality is excellent. They are actually the first place I go to when I need an item for food storage for my everyday kitchen. Lisa

you are going to need cast iron cook ware when the SHTF and no one can aford power or gas . good purchase .

+1 on Lehman's. I'm glad I don't live nearby the actual store - I'd need a tractor-trailer to haul home my purchases...."Ummm, one of everything, please!". Everything I've purchased has been high quality, fairly priced, and the service is great. My favorite kitchen items are the Rada knives, rubber spatulas, and wooden spoons.
