Sorry I missed posting for the breakfast meal but I made it for dinner! Out bright and early after breakfast and moved the empty hillbilly coal bin into the woods for the summer. Made a radiator run for the boiler boys and sold the old Coleman pop-up. It's got a new home and a new family to make memories with. It was kinda strange watching it go. I did say before I missed posting for breakfast but I did get my maple syrup fix for the day

I am checking in late again...busy weekend. Woke up to a blown waterline on Friday, so I spent the entire day digging that up and getting it repaired. Thankfully a good friend gave me a hand; I would not have been able to pull it off alone. Yesterday I serviced the tractor and put the mower deck on...then spent a few hours in the seat trying to avoid the wet spots. The grass is 6-8 high, thick, and wet...I have never seen the engine work this hard to mow the lawn. I gave the Massey an extra "sip" of diesel treatment and ran it "balls to the wall" (I just saw that thread) for four hours.

The EFM continues to idle along and provide domestic hot water when we need it. No outfires yet!

I think it dates from the mid 1980's. I haven't used it in a few years, can't really get to it either, it's buried out in the barn. I know it's somewhere behind the stoker and pot for the Gentleman Janitor and that both tires are so dry rotted they won't hold air at all.

I actually thought about that! They are small tires, I think I can afford to replace them. Just like my wheel barrow, every time I go to use it I have to inflate the tire then I forget about replacing the tire until the next time I want to use it.

Green slime. Fianlly shot a can in each wheel barrow tire about a year ago. No problem since.

Probably would work, but the tire is dry rotted and should be replaced, by the time I remember the rest of the wheel barrow will probably be scrap anyway!

I bought one of those 2 wheel ones, 10 cu ft, and bought those solid rubber tires for it at the same time. that was 11 yrs ago and the handles are showing age signs but the tires never go flat! :D

they were 49 bucks apiece  but as I checked out of low ezz the cute girl must have thought they came with the boxed up wheel barrow..... 8-)

Ok, your safe! 8-) Those pics I posted are of my father's Craftman rear-tine tiller. The shift shaft had this flimsy spot weld on the end, which of course broke inside the case leaving it stuck in reverse. I had to literally strip every single part off this tiller in order to get the case split, just to pull that little shaft out & weld it.

That slime works excellent on any tire that's not going on the highway. I put 10 oz. of the stuff in my Polaris' rear tire when it was brand new ... that was 6 years ago ... and it's just now starting to slowly leak again.

More Craftsman overhaul pics:

Pocono, I`m sure that you brought the mistake to her attention so as not to raise prices for everyone. :o
