Some homeless man goes to a clinic, never even sees a doctor if there even is one there & he gets $20 for wine or a script that gets filled at tax payer expense & sells that back to the clinic. Food stamps, who gives them whatever they trade for? For every $ of fraud the lions share goes to the rich at the end of the line, neither side ever seems to want to stop this cycle, kind of makes you wonder where the buck stops.
