I had a roof off a house on Friday, needed 5 hours on Saturday to finish. Didn't happen just got a call from the homeowner, there is a water spot in one of the bedrooms. There goes the profit margin!!!

Yeah, could be worse. Last year I guy I know decided to re-roof his house himself. He had a self proclaimed "professional" helping him. They got the roof off and tarped the house. That hight a huge thunderstorm with high winds came through and ripped the tarp off and doused the house. Ceilings caved in and water damage every where. The "professional" disappeared. Members of the community (including myself) pitched in and helped him get his roof on. Insurance company did pay for the cleanup since they did make a good effort to protect the structure. However, he was out of the house 2-3 months due to the repairs. Total nightmare and the insurance company doesn't pay for everything.

.

When a tornado put my 80' Ash tree through my roof, my neighbors drove slowly by and pointed the problem out to their children who laughed.... and all those complaining about the rain should fly to E Arizona for a week. (bring smoke mask).
