Got my new Glock today. GEN 4.....Model G23.....40 Cal S&W. Can't wait to try it out!

Nice! I've become a big fan of Glocks as of late. My buddy has a bunch of them. I get to try 'em all out when he comes over to shoot.
I just shot a Glock 29 just hours ago for the first time. Let me tell ya - the 10mm is one hell of a round! Not much recoil though - it's extremely well balanced. The power of that round is just amazing. We were shooting at a target stand my buddy built out of 2x8's .... and one round went clear through the 2x8 - the LONG way!! Could clearly see the entrance hole, and the exit blew wood out about a foot long & 3" in. Never seen anything like it out of a pistol. Was a one in a million shot too.

although when I shot the glock it performed very well...
10mm ammo is pricy but what isnt...

I'm not a big fan of plastic either, but my carry gun is a Kahr in .45acp.

In MA we have no choice. Our labyrinth of confusing & stupid laws, rules, & regulations have scared 99% of companies from shipping ammo, brass, powder, primers, & bullets here. It's downright ridiculous.
