What Are These ?

Hi Guys; We found these in the basement of a life long coal miner. Are they coal related ? What are they ? Anyone able to help ?

The answer is on the handle - Flex co. model 22 belt grip

OK--just for you brass knuckle affectionados ;) I think I picked these up in the late 60's on a visit to Philly :) and yes, they are brass.
