I have been looking all over the net trying to find a 22 ga barometric damper with the calibration gauge on it (I have the kind where you need the tool to set it) to set it accurately for my stove. I have been unable to find one>>ANY IDEAS??? I found one that is 24 ga at Northline Express. Really wanted the heavier gauge if possible

I don't know why you need the heavier gauge but i would buy the Rc damper and install it in the tee of your choice. Such as this....http://www.comfortgurus.com/product_inf ... ts_id/9760
Do shop around and don't take google advertising to be the best deal out there. None of these are " calibrated", those number are just a guess. Get a Dwyer manometer to measure and correctly set your draft. I think it is the model 25? is the most common one for coal usage.

I bought a Fields type M damper. It is of nice quality, and performs well. I did install it in a 22 guage T and had to tweek it due to the tight constraints of the thicker T. I have been pleased with it. Just be we willing to bend or tweek the metal so that there are no obstructions to compromise its performance. I had the RC damper and was not pleased with the brad nails as bearings for the pivot of the damper. I am just a freak for details because I cannot help myself.
