Poso coal ( Blaschak) in Dryden is at $235.00 plus delivery at the moment--607-753-8603--price will go up as we get closer to snow flying

B&B Pellet in Chittenango, NY is $250 per ton bagged Blaschak and they are delivering for $15. Not per ton but for whatever you order.

I recently paid $250 per ton for 5 tons of delivered bulk Blaschak pea in N/E Ohio.

Lenigs price is hte same for all sizes.

I was just quoted $417 a pallet for Blaschak nut from Storer Lumber in Waldoboro,ME. That's an increase of $27.00 per pallet from last year. They have charged $50.00 for delivery. But last year they let a neighbor and I split that cost. I don't htink that increase is too significant compared to what #2 oil has done since last season.

Holy crap! That's $46.10 a ton more than what I'm paying.....and i live at the top of the state! What a rip off!

Yeah! Go figure! Only two choices around here, and I didn't care for the the more
expensive Kimmels. So really only one choice. Still much cheaper than oil, and WARMER.

My supplier from last year in Narragansett RI went up from 265/ton to 290/ton for bagged Kimmels nut. He said the cost and the shipping both went up for him.

Checked 2 other local sources:

Preston Trading Post in CT 315/ton for bagged Blaschak.

Westerly, RI Agway 310/ton bagged Blaschak. I figure I'll go with this source because it is close to me.

Last year, Andross Harware in Charlestown, RI had bulk for 300/ton

I haven't seen any other local suppliers on craigslist so far. Maybe when it gets cooler.

Sterling, have you ever tried Center Farms Coal in Easton, Me? They do Blaschak bulk. I have a 5 ton order in with them for nut at $320 a ton delivered in Machiasport. Might be cheaper for you since you're closer.

I need bagged......don't have room for a bin. Center farms is over $300 delivered and over an hour away. I'm saving money buying local.

Back To Basics in Terryville CT has the following prices.

Per bag: $ 6.50

Per ton: $ 279.00

Per pallet: $ 335.00

Got my 6 ton of Blaschak from B & B last night. Should be enough to get me through almost 2 heating seasons. Not only were they the cheapest around price wise, but you are not gonna find nicer people.

Had mine delivered 228/ton. 5 ton. north east OH.

Found a sourtce for midwestern buyers.
They have Blaschak in 40 lb bags for $6.25 a bag till the end of september on pallets 2600 lbs.
I could not find a shipper that would ship at a resonible price till i checked with SpeeDee just $67.00 for the pallet load LTL.
I live 300 miles away from them and would spend more than that for the drive there to pick it up for myself

$160 a ton today at Superior Coal Prep in Hegins..... Same price as last year....... some of the best I've burned.
