I got mine delivered from 'Coalway', a coal and wood stove store which is near Apple Creek, OH and about 10 -15 miles south-east of Wooster. Bosler Brothers is also good, but they would not deliver to me due to the distance. Bosler Brothers even offers UAE Harmony.

If you live anywhere in Lower Michigan, especially near Clare, you need to check out KW Feeds. See the state specific posts on this site. They are a great supplier and right now I believe they have 2400# skids of anthracite for $380 incl tax. I bought three skids of nut coal @ $367 per skid in August and cart a skid at a time in my truck on my way to the U.P. :D :D

Squire Lumber, Monson, MA $289/ton Blaschak bagged.

Just juggled 4,800 lbs. of the stuff .... twice! :| Once from the trailer to the little trailer, then from the little trailer to a pallet in parent's backyard.

I supposed I needed the exercise ... :| :|

BTW, the tornado missed these guys by about 200 feet!!!! Total destruction from the end of their road on up Route 32.

Hi RayJay.
I was in the area yesterday so I stopped by Casey Kassa. Looks like a good operation and the older gentleman in the office was nice. As soon as I figure how
I'll be storing the coal, I'll be picking some up with my Ford Ranger. Nice little hill climb coming out of there.

263.00/ton delivered. Actually, I believe the price was around 250.00 but $$$$ was tight this year and my dealer lets you set up an account and pay over time. So the extra 13.00 includes delivery and whatever charges for the credit which is minimal. This is the first time I used the payment option. Nice bunch of people working there. John H. Your dealer is sure getting a handsome price for bagged coal. I am about 350 miles farther away from the coal fields and bagged coal is $300-310 per ton here.

I was suprised the bulk coal was as cheap as it was, actually.

He resells to local retail outlets, so I think he keeps his bag price up where they do (a guess, I have no idea). The shops sell it for around that price.

It's a little pricey in this area overall.

I was quoted two prices for a pallet of Blaschak rice coal 60/ 40# bags this past week. The first place which is about 40 miles away from me is selling it for $310.00 a pallet the second place about 8 miles away wants $389.40 a pallet. I am seriously thinking about building a bin down the basement, I have to call around and get some prices for bulk.
