The end of burning fossil fuels??

The end of burning fossil fuels??

This came to me in an email. Looks really interesting, but what is the cost of creating the 'radio waves' that create the action??

I've got a lake out back.... :)

Anyone know anything about this??

It may be like most miracles, a net energy loss. The power used to generate the hydrogen from water exceeds the hydrogens energy output?

That's exactly what I was thinking. But if it can be made to be even somewhat energy positive, we have a lot of coastline with energy hungry inhabitants.

Pretty amazing to watch.

Maybe as we fill the air with RF we will reach the point where there is enough saturation and power level for us to power all the cars on the road with salt water :!:

Just a little light reading on the max exp levels for RF:
http://www.fcc.gov/Bureaus/Engineering_ ... /oet65.pdf

bottom line, if it is safe enough for us to be around and the power consumption is not so much as to be a net loss myth, then how do we prevent from starting the ocean on fire!

Hey Matt, which pdf are you referencing... oet65a, oet65b, or oet65c?

your link only works if you reference one of the three files above... but which file?
