Great, Rasct is coming, please try to make it, a new member.

Ok, here's the latest update.

Jim D will be bringing his coal machines, looks like the new stoker may be operation in the parking lot, last year we preettty much poured over his machine, pushed the CO detector button to see what happen, etc. And this time it will be a lot warmer so if you want to hang around before we go into the eatery 'round 1 pm, come earlier, maybe 12 at the earliest.....I'll be there around 12 or so. Easy will be there taking pictures, others more than invited to take pictures outside and inside.

PLEASE NOTE: last year a lot of stove pics were shared on phones, please consider taking a pic of your stove and setup, baro, whatever. This gets people educated, especially the coal newbies.

Anyone can PM pretty much anytime until 9 am Saturday if they have any special ideas, concerns, etc. Your anonimity is assured if requested.

If last minute you want to attend and did not say you were coming, no problem, we can accomodate you, the place can add chairs fast.

DRIVE SAFE!!

Saturday 11/12/11 Agenda:

1) say hello to our waitresses.
2) Introductions,
3) :pepsi: Eat
4) Vote for the best group name from names in prior posts. Write -ins accepted .
5)Talk

Here's the final location poop, etc.

Wood N' Tap
12 Town Line Rd
Rocky Hill CT

Taken from their website:

Directions:
From the North (Hartford Area): Heading South on I-91, get off exit 24 (CT-99). Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto SILAS DEANE HWY / CT-99. Take immediate LEFT onto TOWN LINE RD.
From the South (New Haven Area): Heading North on I-91, get off exit 24 (CT-99). Turn RIGHT onto SILAS DEANE HWY / CT-99. Take first LEFT onto TOWN LINE RD.

If you are coming up from the shore on Route 2 East, a nice shortcut is to take the Rt 3 exit in Glastonbury, go over the CT River and keep going till you hit the Silas Deane (CT-99), take a left onto CT-99, Tap' will be on your right about 1 mile down.

Pretty much the bottom line is that this place is in eye sight of Wal Mart and on the same side of the Silas Deane Highway (CT-99) as Wal-Mart.

DRIVE SAFE BACK, TOO!

Easy, how many are planning to come ? Did I forget anything?

Thanks!

Forgot to mention something, seem to be a lot of interest in buying bulk coal in CT, please consider using this time as one way of making some contacts and coordination if anyone is really serious.

I'm done.
