2008 Steam Town Meet and Greet for Forum Members

Based on the poll, it will be June, Richard is going to have to say which weekend (s) is (are) available. I would say probably after the kids are out of school would work best for those bringing the lil monsters.

Now that it's closer can start working the itinerary and tour possibilities. The Lackawana tour is a definite, there may be other possibilites from Chris Murley (or others?).

That having been said now is the time for folks to let us know if there are better than other weekends in June.

The end of June is out for me, I have an antique car meet in bksaun's city: Lexington Ky.

15th to the 17th? or 22 to 24th? Either will work, any date in June is fine. Any weekend in May either except Memorial Day weekend.

I would vote for the further away from the 4th of July, so i guess the 15th to 17th.

I could start a new thread and put the poll there, just figured it might be less confusing to do it as part of this thread, although I guess not as efficient with space. Let's have a poll to see if we need a poll?!!

Great idea, I deleted old poll as I think its pretty clear May or June is prefferred. There's dates for May and June. The weekend before the fourth is usually quite busy up there so that 's out of the question anyway.

That's funny, May is in the lead. I'm going to make this interesting, you can change your vote at any time. Be more fair, for example if you pick a date at the beginning of May and the clear leaders are two other dates you'll be able to change it to either of those you prefer. You'll at least have some say in the matter.

Sorry thr brewery is quite distance away, however the spot is quite closer to New York that the brewery. Only 1.5 hours from the Stateline. Maybe 1 hour if I'm driving.

Yuengling is only 69.6 miles from steamtown 1 hr 19 min Depending where you are coming from and what day I would be glade to take you on a Yuengling tour let me Know
