coal price Bulk delivery Long Pond

Ok so another summer went buy and its Oct 1 and I still havent filled my bin. I have been geting 4 tons delivered for the past 4 years at 180 a ton, I see alot of people posting they are paying 140- 150 a ton. Im just wondering if I'm overpaying or is this the best price I can expect for bulk coal delivered in my area?

oh sorry, Its in north east PA near Mount Pocono, I figured everyone would know because Long Pond is where the Nscar track is, at least everyone in PA I guess.
