SCCS Just let me know they are ordering my Model 82 today!!!!

I cant wait for it to come in, and me to get home to hook that bad boy up!!!!

I for see a very warm and economical winter ahead of me.. I am so excited!!!!

I get to pick it up today after work. Then the real work begins.

Will post picks. But have to remove the existing stove and 6" flue work. Remove or build onto the existing hearth. Install new thru roof thimble and 8" pipe. Source a 7"-8" adapter. T and Baro.....

Between the fireplace store and lowes/Home Depot I should be able to have it all done this weekend. I am so excited!!!!! I almost called in sick today so I could start early.

Picked it up last night. Got it in my garage and unwrapped. Trying to fend off everyone at work. They want to send me out of town. But I don't wanna go!!! Want to work on stove....

So, you got it installed? How's it working for you? Where is the pictures? LoL

Got it installed Friday evening. Still need to pick up a Baro. And put in a MPD before the Baro. Running about 350* stove temp, my stack is 300*. So I am loosing lots of heat. I plumbed it with a T so I could add the baro. Just dont have one yet. Going thru about 100lbs a day. Turned off the Boiler Saturday Morning. So far its been 73* in the house. Way warmer then our house has ever been. And the best thing. Its even warm downstairs and in the bedrooms. Cant wait to get it dialed in, and see the look on the gas mans face when I get next months bill. Should put me back to summer usage, DHW only....... Course with the savings on home heating, I can afford to run the Modine in the garage!

Got the MPD installed Monday night. Barometer should be here today. Friend gave me a series 200 Durablock Dyer manometer last night. Came with the pitot tube and hose.

I LOVE THIS STOVE.

Been burning about 400* keeping my 2200 sq/ft home at comfortable temps. Even at -2 last night with a wind shill of -20 it was 70.8* inside. WOOT for coal, suck it gas man!!!
