So, let's label the different devices:

Boiler Control Settings
 Make sure the high limit aqua stat is set to 210 degrees. High Side...(N/C) of L4081
 Is the operating aqua stat set to 180 degrees? L4006
 For the low temperature shut down option, Make sure the low side of dual aqua stat is set to 140 degrees. ... N/O of L4081
 For the oil auto switch over option models with the switch over aqua stat should be set to 135 degrees. L6006, maybe???
 Is the hopper temperature safety switch connected? Okay

Here's a fellow w/ his comments in another thread: http://nepacrossroads.com/about2478.html#p17486

So based on what you hear what do you think is going on?

What do you think about the wiring?

Assuming things are wired as the factory suggests, it's likely nothing is wrong except the learning curve. I did send "lsayre" a pdf of the factory wiring diagram weeks ago. Don't use setback thermostats, instead bank the extra heat produced in your rooms and be comfortable all the time.

I haven't a clue what an S250 is. A typo? A Connecticut Yankee pronunciation of S260?

One of your posts I believe you were talking with CoaledSweat and talking about this. I believe it was you that joked about the S250.

Where do the other S130 owners out there keep your L4006A and L4081B aquastats set at?

Latest update: Firing just fine and keeping the house toasty warm since I re-started it on Tuesday evening. Hoping for a "two match" heating season. :D

That is good news. Did you back down the ash setpoint a little? Time to put that thing to work and cure the paint!

Update: Eight full days of fire in the pot since my restart and still going strong. I believe the entire matter of my out-fire may have been due to having my aquastats reversed. As I stated earlier in this thread I was initially using the right side of the L4081B as my operating limit, and the L4006A as my Hi Limit until Darren (or was it Shawn?) at AHS told me to reverse them.

Oddly enough, my L4081B is clearly factory stickered as "Operating Limit", and my L4006A is clearly factory stickered as "Hi Limit", but per Darren (or perhaps Shawn) that is incorrect. Go figure!

Valter, no that is not how I have mine set.

The right hand side of my L4081B is set to 200 degrees (and so is the left hand side, but that is my dump zone control). My L4006 is set to 180 degrees.

I'm set up pretty close to the way McGiever said to do it (see his post above).

Yes, but it will only show what I have just stated so I'm confused at the need for taking a picture of a dual control with both pointers aimed at 200 degrees.

Ok I get it.

Interesting my Low is the dump at 200 and my 4006 is also a secondary dump.

Wonder what the differences in wiring and why?
