Hi,
I have an Alaska Girlie man stove in my office with a fairly open floor plan I want to equalize the temps so the 2nd floor gets more heat. Right now there is about an 8 degree difference and more when it gets real cold outside.
1. I have a celing fan in the room with the stove pushing the warm air out of the room.
2. On the 2nd floor at the top of a high celing stairwell I have a fan running in reverse.
3. Today I just intalled a 10" power vent that is in the adjacent room to the stove.
Question: Do I have my fans running correctly? Should I run the fan on the stairwell so it pushes instead of pulls air?
Question: Will putting in the power venter in the celiing help to circulate air in the house or is will I see minimal results? The vent pulls air into my bedrrom which is usually on the colder side.
Thanks in advance.
