Gad zooks! That's some serious power you're wanting to move! I can't answer all your questions other than to say that it would take 2 gauge copper to hold 80 amps. I'd think at 200 feet you might want to go one size larger.

Electrical work depends a huge amount on your location. I think your best bet is to get 2 or 3 bids from local contractors.

My cousin moved here from Long Island NY. She paid $2,600 to have a new entrance wire run from the roof peak to the main panel. Around here that job would be less than $400.

Just curious... what's all the power needed for?

Ahhh, well.... are you actually going to USE the 20,000 watts? If not I'd calculate my load and only buy the wire I need to carry that load. Put a circuit breaker on the generator side to protect the wire & off ya go. If you only need 7 or 8,000 watts to run a house, you'd save a bundle. Of course if you're running a 4 unit apartment with electric heat and welders in the garage..... go back to plan "A".

Should not be more than $150 with main breaker included. Lowes carries these for $138
100 ft 200amp rated alumin wire.

I just paid $2.85 per foot, for Triplex Aluminum URD "Sweetbriar" Secondary cable. Gauge 4/0, 4/0, 2/0
It was shipped to me at no additional cost.
The 2" grey conduit cost me $0.48 per foot from Lowes.

You'll have to get local Installation and labor costs. My Labor costs were $0.00 since I installed my own.
