Any body know of anyone who has a hi lift and delivers to my area?

I'm sure they would deliver (Rice is 255 ton atm) but you would undoubtedly pay an upcharge for the cost of the fuel.

Not sure whether he'd do it, but only 20 miles from you. I'd seen a Craigslist ad for coal in Philly:
"coal for sale 8.50 a bag 50lbs or 275 a ton....
In stock I have pea coal, nut coal, and stove coal...
the price per ton del is 275 if you pick it up its 250...
