How to bleed air out of new zone.

Hi Everyone,
I just completed my 3rd zone in my humungus house 5600sf. What is the best way to bleed out the air on my efm 520 coal stoker. Do I need to bleed all 3 zones or just the one I added. It is on a separate circulator pump. Thanks for any advice.

Are the other two zones already running and air-free? If so, you should be able to just bleed the third zone. You DID install purge valves on the return right?

Yes I did install purge valve on the return line. I belive I got it. Seems to be working fine and I did not touch the other 2 zones which were working fine also.

Where are you buying your coal from, if you don't mind me asking?

LOL wrong Newtown. I am in Newtown outside of Pottsville, about 40 north or Reading PA, in the heart of Anthracite coal. Schuylkill COunty. Superior Coal is my choice!!! But I do not think they deliver to your area LOL
