Superior Coal Quality 2011

I've been running their rice coal in a Keystoker 90 for the last two months and I'd have to recommend it. Ditto also for their nut coal in my SF 250. The rice ash looks well burned with few slag bits. The nut ash has no clinkers and burns to a near white/pink powder. So for anyone wondering about the quality, I'd say go for it!

I will 2nd that. I bought a ton of nut/stove (mixed) to try in my SF160. I am having the same results.

Thanks for the report! Good to know--I just had 2 tons of Superior medium nut delivered last week.

Just fired up my Franco-Belge this morning. I have six bags of Blaschak nut coal (white ash) I'm going to burn first--wanted to try it in my stove to see how well it burns compared to the medium nut, which always burns well for me. With my stove and chimney, the draft is sometimes iffy. If the Blaschak burns well, I'll have a second option if the medium nut is as hard to get next year as it was this year.
