That's crazy, my COST for a TT load of bagged coal is nearly that much.

The dealer cost for bagged delivered is about $235/ton...
Rob I know you are up north but I hope you're not payin more than $250/ton for a TT... ;)

That doesn't seem right...$210-220 per ton for bagged rice, and they get it trucked 400+ miles for $15-25 per ton????

I live 800 miles from coal country. If my dealer buys coal for let's say $225 bagged, then he's not making much of a profit selling it for $287.50. He didn't tell me how much he was paying.......I'm guessing. He said that it gives him a return trip and he knows he's helping people around here by selling it at a good price. My hat's off to him.

His profit is having the return trip 'paid' for by the coal he sells for about $50 over cost...
