How about the Kindle Fire? Thank God Janet can now follow all those terrorists (disguised as kids) playing Angry Birds. Now with good data mining I can cross check all those kids against parents frying turkeys at the same time as the kids playing Angry Birds unsupervised and throw them in jail for twenty years for abuse. Don't you love being protected.

Verizon has firmed up their stance and has now reminded us that "Verizon does not use Carrier IQ on any of its phones", while that is all well and good (I have Verizon) just exactly "what" does that mean??? Who knows?? Could go any number of ways in my mind!!

From what I understand, Apple devices have a form of tracking also, but not nearly as invasive as Carrier IQ, but a form nonetheless... I have an iPhone 4 and an iPad 2, both running iOS 5, it is my understanding that on these devices this "spying" for lack of better words can be disabled... To disable simply follow this flow- Settings/Location Services/System Services/Diagnostics & Usage, push the slider to "OFF"...

Those taps are NOT legal. It's that whole "Congress SHALL make NO law..." thing.

Every member of Congress that voted for the PATRIOT Act committed perjury by failing to uphold their oath of office.

The Insider Trading Exemption for them is illegal also but they have been getting away with it, just pass a law & nobody puts up a fuss because they all benefit & they are home free. That was also applying to land deals where they were buying up land & then earmarking development in that area, they go into congress rich & come out filthy rich.

That's the problem with letting criminals write the laws.
