You have to look at the sql figure out what 'u' is an alias for what table, then

Open up phpMyAdmin, select the database, click the checkbox on that table (????). Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and in the select box select "Repair"

If you have direct access to the mysql admin then

repair table mytable;

lol that message is for the admin that runs the site.

PHP is the server language that produces the html and logic for this forum.
mySQL is the database backend that's hosting all the data in the forum.

That's the recommend fix for the mySQL table 'u' errors that were showing up today.

Think of it like a little dirt nap for the computer program that runs the database...
BTW if the server were to be 'Tapped' by some 3 letter govt agency...
You and The Mayor would not be aware of it...
