Not only is the price a *tad* high, they mention that anthracite is "excellent for blacksmithing". I was taught that blacksmithing is the one place that bituminous shines!

But... I suppose... you won't sell that bridge in Brooklyn unless you put a price on it.

You gave me an idea Fred, if there is a way of finding out how much (if any) this guy is selling I know that they could be undercut a wee bit on price & their would still be room for profit. Maybe not as much as most American businesses would like but a profit none the less.

WOW, i have a gold mine sitting in my basement. Unfortunatly that might be a good price for some people who don't have any other way of getting coal or only need a couple of bags a year.

And the best part is it's rice/nut mix! Can't use it in a hand-fed, can't use it in a stoker. Perfect!

I called this guy he said it is expensive cause of the shipping. I said people in maine can get a ton for like $400, you want three grand. He said again that it is expensive to ship

I asked if it was special he said yeah it's anthracite.

Sounds like a huckster to me :blah:

Guess as he hasn't heard of uship.com, ftl. Who buys coal thru ups or usps anyways?
I think its an left wing anti coal green site meant to scare yuppies with some ridiculous price.

I think it's some right wing the only green that matters is $ type that just wants to rip anybody off to make his green. Why does everybody blame things on the left but yet defend businesses that they like, we all know that business would ever do anything but create jobs, not necessarily in our country but jobs none the less. :x
