I have a lot of beer on hand, but I just pulled a Labatt Blue out of my box in the garage and it was partially frozen. Time to move the beer to the bottom of the basement stairwell...

I have two thoughts on this. First, if a Canadian beer freezes in your garage, maybe you should consider moving more than the beer. Don't those things already have glycerol in them???

Second, doesn't your basement contain a stoker boiler that produces quantities of heat that could be detrimental to the quality of the beer?

In light of the foregoing, wouldn't the best strategy be to thaw the frozen beer and consume it before any other bad things can happen to it?

The basement stairwell is in the garage, and just the right amount of heat bleeds through the basement door to keep the beer thawed.
