The domain has not switched yet it's still pointing to old host, the only reason you can get here is because it's a ip address which bypasses the domain lookup.
In a day or two both will produce the same thing.

Setting up DNS on the server is mind boggling to say the least a, I gave up and had the techs set it up.

But there's a giant registration that converts the words into numbers
so when you type nepadigital.com into your address bar it will send you to
this IP. You could actually set up domain from your cable connection at home
but your ISP will not be too happy.
