Also They spend more time excluding warranties and voiding them than the entire troubleshooting section.

I know they sell through distributors but so does York,Trane,Carrier and u can call them for support.

Well burned new coal from Reading Anthracite bagged at 7.00 per.
No change. This stove works 100% but will not burn on low. I suspect it will in really cold weather but I dont need it on low then.
Draft is a very repsectible .06-.09. I set it up at .07 on high. Being a stoker feed type stove I dont see me using that much more coal with an increased draft.
Still no return call from Alaska. Very Very disappointed with their toatl lack of customer support. Called retailer (Juno Hardware) they have no answers and said they will contact Alaska and get back to me. While I am new to coal I have 30 years experience in the HVAC industry and can tell u I am doing no wrong here.
Will pull 4 feet off of chimney mainly for aesthetics. For giggles will look at baro immediately before and after and post results if any.

One final note . the bagged coal was way wetter than my original coal and many pebbles and rocks in ash pan from it that were not there with my bulk coal. At $185 per ton I will be sticking with my bulk coal.
Yes hopper lid and hopper still have condensate. I see me building a stainless steel hopper next summer.

Warm weather coming for next 2 days. Will break entire stove down and reassy. as it came assembled and who knows if it was done correctly.

oh and still no return call from Alaska or Juno the supplier.

You are making progress in tracking down the cause of this problem. The stove should work perfectly, with no CO floating around. I agree it's time to make sure everything is assembled correctly. Wish I could be of more help.

Something i failed to mention. My blue flames are mixed with green flames. about 70% blue 30% green.

Well talked to Alaska. They went over my entire history and:
As my chimney has no draft with no fire it wont draft with a low fire.
Need draft inducer. (could of went there and not lined chimney).
I would need to use it when running on low.
Upside:
They offered to send it to me free without me asking. WOW.
When it gets here I'll put it in and let u all know how it goes.
Hopefully saga will come to and acceptable conclusion.

Wll co of 11 again this morning draft at .02 all day and sulfur smell in house running on low. i've decided for safety and piece of mind to install power venter when it gets here and never run stove without it. Am curious to see amp/wattage rating so I can calculate electrical use on it for 6 months of 24/7 running. Now I'll have 3 motors going on this thing. Starting to reconsider the whole coal burning thing.

I know it is alittle discouraging but even running 3 motors, I'd be surprised if yuou weren't heating for 60% less than with your furnace. The other long term solution would be to improve your chimney.

How much more can i improve it. it id a stainless lined chimney backfilled with vermiculite.

Alaska gave me a little story.
2 stoves identical installed in 2 houses side by side same design houses and chimneys. 1 drafted 1 didnt. Seems its the atmospheric conditions where i sit in the hills. They expect as I do that it will be fine when weather gets colder and stays colder. but I am just going to go with inducer motor and be done with it.

Oh, I didn't know you had done the liner. How tall is the chimney?
