Which Companies Run the Largest Anthracite Mining Operations

I was under the mistaken assumption that Blaschak was far and away the biggest, but I just came across an article that said they were only the third largest. Who are the largest active producers of anthracite coal?

The biggest in no particular order are: Reading,Blaschak, Lehigh Natural Resources, and Jeddo
