There are so many great post's out there its hard to figure out where to comment or reply to, if that makes any sense. I should not have tried to judge the chubby stove in just a couple days burning. I think i have finally figured out how this stove likes to be shook, poked and topped off. The past 2 days i have had a 1700-sq cape at temps between 68-77-deg. from basement to 2nd floor, and getting 12-hr burns. The stove can pump the heat with great stack temps and normal fuel usage. Only thing added was running a 4" computer fan behind stove constant and it made a big difference. I would say that the large chubby for me is more than just a parlor stove. Its doing pretty good being in a uninsulated basement. Thanks to everyone on here for the help and Larry T. Bliz
