Budding plants

Budding plants

Does anyone else have plants that are trying to set buds? I have had Daffodils that have been coming up & going back down, Rhubarb that is starting & now ornamental peach trees that are trying, this year has really been crazy weather wise. I have even had to fill in driveway potholes several times, normally only have to in early spring, I don't think the ground has been frozen more than an inch or two all winter.

Yea...I have a type of heather that's an evergreen. And it's in full bloom.
They say that the temps and precips average out over the year.
If that's true, then we'll have a cool, wet summer. Not good for tomatoes. :(
