Hey y'all,

Finally old man winter blew his cold breath on us down here. Was just wondering what temps everyone else ran their stoves at last night? Had mine at 650f.

Cheers

500, but should have tried a little higher, maybe 550 would have done it. Water coil I installed this fall really gets to kicking the heat out once you get above 450, so at 500, I had 150 degree water in the system.

I used to look out my window at that place in the winter when I lived in New Hampton. The ski slopes were pretty all lit up at night.

Hitzer 50-93 did a wonderful job heating the house last week, burning 50 pounds or less every 24 hours. Alas the Hitzer is now cold and the gas company is celebrating my burning of natural gas.

The spousal unit physically cannot hump coal and dump ash.

When I get home in a couple of weeks it will be a Phoenix once again.

Ran stove at 400 last night. Low was around 10. Should have had the stove a little warmer. 71 deg in the living room (stove room) in the morning, upstairs bedrooms run about 10 deg cooler then downstairs.
