My "trucking" days seem like a life time ago.

I worked for a contractor during the summer and drove a 1941 Mack Dump
with an Xbox transmission ( two sticks ). Big old flat head six that could out pull anything.
Dad was a Mack truck salesman, so on Saturdays we ( 2 brothers and Dad )would go up to Allentown
and we would each drive a new tractor back to the Reading dealership. I was 16 at the time.
In the afternoon, we would deliver parts all over eastern PA.
Dad sold out just after I got out of High School and my trucking days were over.

Is that a law or some special equipment?

No if you owned some sort of a front end loader, you would have to make a ramp as high as the throat at rear of mixer, then you could easily construct a funnel out of wood or steel as wide as the bucket of FEL to funnel the material into the throat of the mixer next time you see amixer look at the rear up top thats where they get loaded no law on loading it. The weight of truck and its load (combined weight) is the law end of it
