how do i increase combustion fan speed??

i have a LL pocono and want to increase the combustion fan (think thats what its called) but not the feed rate, im having a hard time keeping a good draft when the stove is at idle and think if i can run it a tad bit hotter it will help, can i adjust this on the coal-trol??

Combustion Fan Speed is Constant. There is no adjustment.

Just bump your MIN up a couple points, this will raise the idle temp up a bit. What it is set at currently? I think I have mine around 8 or 10.

What is you draft at Idle? Are you monitoring it with a draft gauge? Mine will get down around .01-.02 at idle. As long as you don't have any CO leakage and it is getting some draft, you should be okay. It all depends on your chimney, outside temps, etc.....
Always check and set your draft with a draft gauge. Also, have working CO detectors.

when its warm out (40's) my draft goes down to .01-.02 ish and my co detector doesnt alarm but i get a reading on the digtial readout on it anywhere from 9 to 25 sometimes, but no alarms go off. i think my min is set at 8 but im not 100% sure, ill check and bump it up 1.

Thats why I bumped mine to 8 or 10 or 12, can't remember.

Another way to increase your air flow is to open the shutter on your combustion fan (if it has a shutter). One thing you have to watch with increasing your air flow is that you don't push so much air in that you pressurize your stove, inadvertently causing CO to be forced out your door gaskets.

i dont thinki have a shutter on it, id guess it would be where the air gets sucked into the fan and it just a open area. i bumped up my low setting to 8, i also cleaned out the stove today to.

Yes, some stoves do not have an air shutter on the intake of the blower, so not much you can do there. My Hyfire does not, but my Keystoker does.

so far a steady .04 but i have it cranked up to help dry some paint.

so after bumped my min up 1 everything fine, my draft is steady when its warmer and no more co detecotr showing a reading
