Here are some pictures, I'm a poor photographer, best I could do.
House is 3000sq ft over a full basement
Horse barn is 40x60 with 11 stalls
Metal building is 60x200
Farm is 187 acres

Great looking place you have there but, Where's the coal? 60 x 200 that will keep alot of coal dry for a life time. Good luck in the new digs!

small green house maybe one day, no pool we have 4 ponds! Not heating the barn.

bksaun, I would give some serious consideration to either one of the homesteader or portage and main outdoor stoker boilers that can burn you local coal with feed and ash auger or less expensive option is an underfeed will-burt bit stoker installed in a good used EFM 700. There's nothing better than good KY stoker coal.
